Our office is equipped with up-to-date systems and technology, enabling us to deliver efficient, professional, and personalised service to all our clients. Our management fee is structured to ensure comprehensive support and exceptional service tailored to the specific needs of your strata scheme.

After Hours Emergency Service

All emergency after hour calls are redirected to an after hour emergency service so that they can be attended to. We also provide a list of preferred after hour contractors on our website.

Insurance and Compliant Tradespeople

Our preferred contractors and trade partners have been vetted to ensure they meet our high level of technical and commercial standards of service. This includes the verification of licenses certifications and trade related insurances.

Commitment to Financial Transparency

We prioritise financial transparency by providing committee members with 24/7 online access to invoices and financial reports. Additionally, all owners have online access to meeting notices, ensuring clear and open communication.

Response Times

Our office is open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We expect our managers to respond to phone messages within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours.
